Charity Links

The children of Bishopsgate support a different charity each term. The members of the School Council select the charity for which a variety of school-based fund-raising events will be planned. Charities recently supported include Lawrence's Roundabout Well Appeal, Feed the Children and Myasthenia Gravis Research.

Bishopsgate School/Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity Shoot and Ball
Bishopsgate School, thanks to the hard work of a dedicated team of mums and an Appeals Committee chaired by Governor Andrew Taee, continues to raise substantial funds in aid of the Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital. During the last school year over £80,000 has been raised.

The main annual fund-raising event is the Charity Shoot, which this year takes place on Thursday 11th September at The Royal Berkshire Shooting School. A Wonderland Ball is planned to take place on Saturday 15th November at Great Fosters Hotel in Egham.
