The French Trip

Pupils in Years 6 and 7 have the opportunity to go to Normandy each year. This is a very popular event, incorporating aspects of History and RS.  It is a very busy, fun-packed week with lots of different excursions including:  the Bayeux tapestry and cathedral, a bakery visit, the D Day beaches, an aquarium, a market visit and Caen castle as well as evening activities.  Pupils are encouraged to speak in French as much as possible and to keep a diary.
